SERVICE AGREEMENT (Dolores Travel – Client)

Article 1 – Parties
One side: Mimizon Tourism Textile Health Yachting and Trade Ltd. Co., operating under the brand name Dolores Travel,
a TÜRSAB Class A Travel Agency, license number 15997, address: Cumhuriyet Mah. Burç Sk. No:16 İç Kapı No:3, Kuşadası, Aydın, TURKEY
(hereinafter referred to as the "Agency"), and the other side: the individual whose identity and contact details
are specified in this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), have agreed on the following terms.

Article 2 – Subject
This agreement governs the tourism services (package tour, day tour, transfer, accommodation, etc.) purchased by the Client through the Agency,
and sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as fees, cancellations, changes, and related provisions.

Article 3 – Definitions
- Service: All tourism activities, transfers, accommodation, guiding, transportation, and similar services provided by Dolores Travel.
- Package Tour: A combination of at least two different tourism services offered at a single price, within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Package Tours.
- Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond the control of the parties, unforeseen and preventing either party from fulfilling their obligations (natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, official decisions, etc.).

Article 4 – Nature and Scope of the Service
The details, dates, duration, program, price, and included/excluded services of the purchased service are specified in the reservation form and/or tour program, annexed to this agreement.

Article 5 – Price, Payment, and Invoicing
5.1. The Client must pay according to the payment plan in the annex. 
5.2. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. 
5.3. Invoices are issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and relevant tax laws. Accommodation services are subject to 10% VAT + 2.5% Accommodation Tax.

Article 6 – Reservation, Changes, and Cancellations
(Details are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy) 
6.1. All cancellations must be in writing (email or official communication). 
6.2. Cancellations are valid only upon written confirmation by the Agency. 
6.3. Multi-Day Tour Cancellation Fees (unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation): 
- 60+ days before: Full refund of deposit. 
- 46–59 days before: Deposit non-refundable. 
- 31–45 days before: 35% of total cost charged. 
- 15–30 days before: 50% of total cost charged. 
- 7–14 days before: 80% of total cost charged. 
- 0–6 days before or No-Show: 100% of total cost charged. 
6.4. Shore Excursions & Day Tours: 
- Cancellations up to 48 hours before: free of charge (excluding hot air balloon rides and flight tickets). 
- Less than 48 hours: 100% No-Show fee. 
6.5. Non-refundable services: Event tickets, permits, flights, or pre-paid admissions, as per supplier rules. 
6.6. Refunds are made to the original payment method; bank times, currency changes, or fees may affect amounts. 
6.7. Changes are subject to availability. Change fee: €30 / $35 / £25 per person per change.

Article 7 – Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Agency must perform its services in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. 
7.2. The Client must provide necessary information, documents, and payments on time. 
7.3. The Client must comply with group rules and local laws. 
7.4. The Agency may change the program in case of force majeure or supplier failures.

Article 8 – Insurance
The Agency fulfills its compulsory insurance obligations under the Regulation on Package Tours. Travel health insurance is recommended.

Article 9 – Data Protection (KVKK)
The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698, for the sole purpose of service delivery.

Article 10 – Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance due to force majeure.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
Turkish law applies; Kuşadası (Aydın) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Enforcement
This agreement is drawn up in two copies on …/…/20… and signed by both parties.
