We begin the day with a mindful nature walk through the gardens and quiet paths of the village. Then we move to the serene setting of Kirazlı Sultan Konak, where you’ll enjoy a peaceful Pilates session led by Begüm Özkalp. After our movement practice, we gather around a carefully prepared healthy breakfast table — full of fresh, local, and delicious tastes.
This is more than just an activity — it's your Saturday ritual of movement, connection, and nourishment.

👟 Please bring comfortable walking shoes and your own yoga/pilates mat.
If you don’t have a mat, no worries — just let us know during registration and we’ll provide one for you.
