Description

The Threshold of the Heart Camp is a gently opened door inviting you to meet the truth behind the invisible walls we build between ourselves and the world. It is an invitation to compassionately encounter the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden behind the shields we developed for protection—those parts that were rejected, shamed, or forgotten. By touching the sides of us that were once unseen and unheard, we are called to reclaim our inner strength.

In collaboration with MIMISOULS, we will gather from July 24–27 at Club Technova, Özdere, Izmir, in a safe and inclusive environment immersed in nature. Through the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement, personal development practices, storytelling, expressive arts, and meditation, we will cultivate a profound connection with our bodies, emotions, and stories.

As we prepare to cross the Threshold of the Heart, these are the steps that will accompany us:

• Becoming aware of habitual patterns held in the body through Feldenkrais,

• Building a compassionate connection with our emotions and embracing them,

• Touching our own story through storytelling tools and various artistic disciplines,

• Sharing our stories and witnessing the stories of others,

• And bringing this entire process into the heart’s center through meditation.

We invite you to cross the Threshold of the Heart together and reconnect with every part of ourselves that makes us who we are.

Participants who wish to stay the last night can contact MIMISOULS for arrangements.

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on July 27.

The detailed program will be shared with confirmed participants.

3 nights accommodation
Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner
